A horizontal pressure insulated water tank is a small water storage unit formed by increasing the volume of a certain section of the water supply system. Under normal water supply conditions, this water storage unit is only a part of the pipeline and has a water pressure equal to the supply pressure. When there is a malfunction in the water supply (such as insufficient water pressure, pipeline damage, equipment maintenance, etc.), the water stored in this water storage unit can continue to provide users with domestic and production water.

The pressurized water tank has three main functions:

1. Emergency water storage can provide users with safe water supply in case of water supply failure, even if fresh water flow is stored in the pipeline.

2. Automatic exhaust, which can eliminate air in the pipeline at any time and eliminate water hammer sound in the pipeline

3. It can absorb the impact energy generated by changes in water pressure in pipelines, extending the service life of pipeline materials and equipment.

The pressurized water tank is rolled into a circular shape using a SUS304 plate three roll machine, with a sealed head. It is then welded with a fully automatic plasma welding machine, which has the characteristics of high energy density for bottom welding. In addition, automatic welding is used for double-sided forming, resulting in a beautiful and high-quality weld seam.

Using SUS304 outer shell box foam and the most advanced polyurethane integral foam, the heat loss is small, the insulation effect is good, and the temperature difference of 3-5 degrees Celsius within 24 hours at room temperature is strong, beautiful, and easy to use as a whole.
