What precautions should be taken to prevent deformation of stainless steel water tanks?

September 11th at 5:06pm

1、 When welding, if the welding current is too high, in order to ensure the progress of the project, a larger welding current should be used. If the temperature is high and the heated area is large, it is very easy to cause deformation. This requires the staff to strictly follow the standards for actual operation and not to affect the quality of the water tank board in order to meet the schedule.

2、 The stacking of boards is not scientific and can also lead to deformation problems. The stacking time of boards on site is relatively long, and many boards do not have stacking molds. In order to save space, people mix boards of different thicknesses together. The stacking thickness of each stack of boards is relatively thick, which can easily cause deformation of the boards, resulting in deformation of the water tank. So it is required that everyone add molds when stacking boards, and classify and store the boards to avoid deformation

3、 The calibration method is incorrect. When using a large hammer for calibration, the method is incorrect. My friend used a large hammer to strike the surface of the plate, causing an increase in pits on the surface of the plate and damaging the coating on the surface of the plate, which endangers the appearance quality of the stainless steel plate. This requires everyone to choose a cushion plate when calibrating the hammer, and the inclination of the cushion plate should be the same as that of the board, so as to achieve good calibration results.

4、 The sheet metal was not calibrated before installation. For some sheets with deformation defects, calibration is required before installation. However, if excessive force is used to meet installation requirements, after welding and removing anti deformation tools, the sheet metal will still deform severely under the action of internal stress, resulting in deformation of the stainless steel water tank. This requires everyone to inspect the quality of the sheet metal before installation, and if any deformation is found, it should be calibrated in a timely manner. The stainless steel water tank should be installed reasonably to prevent deformation and other problems.
